<description>[...] I just finished this book by two consultants from McKinsey, Lowell L. Bryan and Claudia I. Joyce and wrote a more extensive review at hybridvigor. The authors posit that, in an intangibles-intensive business, organizational design should be at the core of a corporation’s strategy. What I didn’t mention in the review was that they recommended that any effort to develop organizational design should start with an “enterprise-wide organizational diagnostic” based on interviews of internal and external stakeholders. This is exactly what we do with IC Rating. Nice to have this validation from McKinsey!
